RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! So if you are not happy with your order we will do everything we can to fix it. Please review our return policy to proceed with your order. All returns will be for store credit only.

Contact us stating the reason for your return within 14 days of receiving your order. If there is something wrong with your order we will be happy to help you resolve it.

  • We will only accept returns 14 days after you received them.
  • You must include your return form and your original receipt.
  • Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your order.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our part.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed and your store credit has been applied to your account.

What cannot be returned?

  • HydroJugs
  • HydroJug Sleeves
  • Cups, Tumblers, Mugs, and Glassware.
  • All Food Items; Jerky, Salsa, Dips, Corn Meal, Glazes, Candy Etc.
  • Items that have been used, worn or washed.
  • Items without their original tags.
  • Items with original tag removed.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Items removed from original packaging; opened.
  • Items that smell like perfume or cigarette smoke.
  • Items with makeup, deodorant, or similar stains.
  • Items purchased on sale and/or “Sale Item” included on the tag description.
  • Bralettes.
  • SugarBear Products.
  • Items purchased with a coupon code.
  • All Vintage/Repurposed items.
  • Gift Cards.
  • All purses and backpacks.
  • All jewelry, bathing suits, bodysuits, sunglasses, and other accessories.
  • Delta Dawn Gifts has no liability for damage or shrinkage during washing/laundering processes.

If items returned do not meet the standards of our return policy, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.

**We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once a package leaves one of our locations, it is beyond our control.**

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact USPS regarding your package.
